Our catalogue and website are kept as up-to-date as possible, but unfortunately manufacturers occasionally discontinue designs which is beyond our control. Sometimes we receive top-up deliveries of popular selling items and customers occasionally return item/s for exchanges. For up to the minute stock information, please use our ‘e-mail me when back in stock’ facility which is located beneath all products which might be discontinued, or contact customer services on 08455 084812 (between 10am and 6pm, Mon to Fri). Where stock is limited, we advise that you place your order as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.

I need to check what 'back order' means
Items that are advertised as 'In Stock' are held in our purpose built warehouse and despatched the same day we receive your order. Occasionally available items are despatched to you directly from our suppliers.
Back orderable items display as '7 Day Delivery' and are available for you to order. Back ordered items are despatched once we receive further stock from our supplier. Generally back ordered items are delivered to our customers within 7 days, though sometimes it can be sooner or occasionally longer.
If you need an item urgently and it is available for back order only (e.g. displaying as '7 Day Delivery'), you are welcome to call Customer Services on 0845 508 7913 (10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday) and we will do our best to provide you with up to the minute stock information.
I need to change my address before my order is despatched
At this time it is not possible for you to change an address once an order has been submitted, but you can change it for future orders by logging into your account online and updating your address details for your next order.

I need to check how long delivery will take
In stock items:
*Guaranteed next day delivery – delivered the next working day
Express delivery – normally 1-2 working days
Standard delivery - normally 2-3 working days
Overseas delivery – approximately 7 to 15 days
Back ordered items:
Delivery normally between 7 – 21 days depending on availability.
*Guaranteed Next Day delivery; parcels to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles may take up to 3 working days to be delivered.

I want to cancel my order
Should you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you request this in writing and we will in turn confirm the cancellation. Please contact sales@attitudeclothing.co.uk or write to P.O. Box 328, Lincoln, LN2 4XG, UK. We can only confirm cancellations by e-mail, so please ensure you supply us with your e-mail address.
(Please note that it is not always possible to cancel orders that have been placed when stock is available. If your order has been despatched you will need to return it for a refund instead.)

My order hasn’t arrived
Stock may not yet be available so therefore will have been ordered through for you. We aim to ship all back ordered items within 7 days, however sometimes goods can take longer to send if the supplier is out of stock.
If your order has been despatched it should arrive within 2-3 days, though please allow 15 working days before contacting us as it is most likely Royal Mail will still deliver within in this time. If you requested Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, please allow until 5.30pm on the expected day of delivery before contacting us.

I've received an incorrect item
Every effort is made to keep errors to a minimum and therefore stock is carefully inspected prior to despatch, but unfortunately mistakes do happen from time-to-time. Please return the incorrect item along with the completed returns note. If you require a refund for your return postage, please request this on your returns note also.

I've received a faulty item
Stock is carefully inspected prior to despatch, though sometimes mistakes do happen. Please contact customer services to explain the nature of the fault and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Customer services will then provide you with further information on how continue with your return. (Please note that you have 30 days to return the faulty item from receipt of receiving it.)

I need to return an item
You are welcome to send back to us any items for any reason. As long as the item is in a resalable condition, we will be happy to exchange for another size, another item or just to refund your money.
Please complete the returns note (on reverse of the despatch note), ensuring your name and address and any other necessary information is included. Please return the item to us within 10 working days of receipt.
Attitude Clothing Co. cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. Generally our customers return parcels using Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class service; please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting if you decide to use either. For your piece of mind we recommend that you return your parcel using a service with a tracking number (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).

I haven't yet received my refund
Your refund will be issued to the same card you used to pay with. Card refunds are processed between 7 – 14 working days from receipt of your return/cancellation. If you paid by cheque or postal order, your refund will be issued by cheque and will take between 14 - 21 days. (Please note that in busier periods refunds can take longer, but not more than 30 days.)

Awaiting Picking: your order has been received successfully.
Awaiting Despatch: Your order is ready to be packed in our warehouse.
Order Despatched: Your order has been dispatched.
Order On Hold – Awaiting Stock: This part of your order is temporarily out of stock and will be dispatched once we have received our next top-up delivery (normally within 7 days).
Order On Hold: It is likely that we need to check some details with you. If your order is On Hold, please contact Customer Services on +44 (0)8455 084812 if you have not already been contacted.
Payment Refunded: Your order has been refunded in full (the status may also appear as ‘Order Cancelled’).
Order Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled either because you have requested it to be or because a replacement order has been submitted. (This status sometimes appears when all or part of your order has been refunded.)
Telephone Order Awaiting Payment: Please ignore this if you have placed your order online, returned goods for an exchange or asked for an item(s) to be swapped.
