We want to ensure that you are totally happy with your order. You are welcome to send back any items for any reason within 10 days of receipt. As long as the item is in a saleable condition (including all tags and packaging), we will be happy to exchange for another size, another item or just to refund your money.
Filling in the returns form
There is a returns form on the back of your despatch note, which is included in your parcel. If you would like an exchange, please note down the items you would like as a replacement(s). If you require a refund, please select the refund box. You also have an option to select credit; by selecting this your account with us will be credited, enabling you to spend the credit when you wish.
(Please make sure you include your name and address and any other necessary information such as the nature of a fault if applicable.)
Posting your parcel
You will need to pay postage to return goods to us. If you require an exchange we will pay the outbound postage on your replacement order (UK orders). If an item is returned faulty we will refund all reasonable postage costs.

Please ensure you adequately package all returns as we cannot accept liability for damage to items returned to us without suitable packaging. This includes footwear sent back in unwrapped shoeboxes. Please do not use staples to seal packaging as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the customer. Please ensure that the item you are returning is in the condition in which it arrived and is saleable.
Processing
We aim to process your return within 1 week, whether it is for an exchange or refund. You will usually receive your replacement within 2 - 14 days, depending on stock availability. Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days, though please allow longer in busier periods. Please note that Distance Selling Regulations state that refunds must be processed no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation or return. Of course you are welcome to call or e-mail us at any time to check on the status of the return.
Note - Missing Items
Very occasionally parcels may become lost in the post. If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within a reasonable time period, please do not hesitate to ring us and we will attempt to track and trace the order with either Royal Mail or the courier the parcel was sent using. Please note that items returned to us are the sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for losses of inbound post. In order to minimise loss, we advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery. If you are sending goods without a tracking service, please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting at your Post Office.
Note - Non-refundable items
Please be aware that we are unable to refund certain items due to hygiene reasons. These include all underwear, bikinis, piercing accessories such as flesh plugs and make up. Please be absolutely sure that you have selected the right item before placing your order. If you require measurements or other info about any such items, please phone us on 0845 508 4812 (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm) and our customer services team will be happy to help.
Exchanges for overseas customers
Most overseas customers who are exchanging goods will need to pay a shipping surcharge for the replacement order. We will contact you to advise how much the charge will be once we have received your return.
