Competition Rules

By entering this competition with Attitude Clothing Co. you are agreeing to us storing and using your name and photographs for marketing purposes. 

Copyright to the entries will remain with the entrant but the entrant licences Attitude Clothing Co. to use their photographs to promote the brand across websites and social media.

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them. 

• Entries can be made by via our Facebook or Instagram pages.
• You can enter as many times as you like on each platform but every image must be different to be included in the prize draw. Duplicated entries will be disqualified.

• You must be the owner/copyright holder of all images submitted. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the image/s they submit has been taken with the permission of any featured persons and does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
• By adding photos to the competition you are granting permission for these images to be used by Attitude Clothing Co. online at www.attitudeclothing.co.uk and other online and digital communications.
• The prize draw will take place on xxth October 2021 and the winners will be notified via email and/or social media by 30th November 2021.
• The prizes are as follows:
  
  First Prize: 1 winner will receive a £250 Attitude Clothing voucher.
  
  Second Prize: 3 x Runners up will receive a £50 Attitude Clothing voucher each.
  
  Third Prize: 10 x Runners up will receive will receive a £20 Attitude Clothing voucher each.

• Prizes cannot be transferred and there are no cash alternatives.
