UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

Our UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is from £8.99 and is available to most mainland postcodes; you can find a list of excluded postcodes here. If you live in one of the excluded postcodes, you'll need to place your order using our UK Next Day Remote Areas & Islands service.    

Place your order before 3:30pm Monday-Friday for guaranteed delivery the following working day.  This cut off time is for Royal Mail special delivery.  You can also opt for DPD, however the cut off is earlier at 1.00pm.

Orders placed after these cut offs will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday to arrive Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Once your order is with the carrier we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow it's journey. Please check this first before contacting us about your delivery.

Orders sent for delivery between Monday-Friday will usually be delivered by your chosen courier and you'll be able to track your order on the go if you provide us with your mobile number.

DPD Local will send you a text or email on the day of delivery with your one-hour delivery time slot and the option to change the delivery date, deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if you're not about.

Orders can be delivered to your work address if you select it at the checkout.

Your order may arrive any time between 8am and 6pm and a signature will be required on receipt of your parcel.

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the courier will usually leave a card. This will give you details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
