Lunar Tides Lunar White Toner is a gentle, semi-permanent hair toner designed to neutralise unwanted yellow tones and enhance icy blonde or platinum hair. This non-damaging formula requires no developer, making it an easy and safe option for maintaining cool, bright blonde shades at home.
Vegan and cruelty free, Lunar White Toner is ideal for pre-lightened hair that is light blonde or platinum blonde prior to application. For best results, apply to clean, dry hair using a tint brush to ensure even coverage. Wear protective gloves, pour the desired amount into a bowl, and distribute the toner evenly with a colour brush and comb. Allow the toner to process for a minimum of 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
