The prices quoted on the Attitude Clothing website now exclude VAT for all customers shopping from outside the UK.

Please be aware that EU customers will now have to pay VAT at their local rate prior to delivery and orders over €150 (£135), may also incur import duty.

All associated fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We strongly advise against refusing an Attitude Clothing parcel as the shipping costs both ways will be deducted from any refund, we also may levy an admin charge.

EUROPE EXPRESS DELIVERY

 

 

Our Europe Express Delivery service is provided by UPS and is available in 2 fully trackable options: Europe Road Express (2-4 working days) and Europe Air Express (1-3 working days). 

Europe Road Express is just £2.99 if your order value is £100.00 or more on Attitude Clothing. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is £9.99. 

Europe Air Express is just £4.99 when you spend £250 or more and orders over £100 cost £6.99. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is £14.99

Place your order before 6pm Monday-Friday for same day despatch. Orders placed after 6pm will be sent the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Once your order is with the carrier, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Please check this first before contacting us about your delivery.

Orders sent for delivery between Monday-Friday will be delivered by UPS and you’ll be able to track your order and the confirmed delivery date via the UPS website. 

Orders can be delivered to your work address if you select it at the checkout.

Your order may arrive anytime between 8am - 6pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, UPS will leave a card. This will give you details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: If any items are returned for a refund and your revised order value falls below the promotional postage threshold, the difference will be deducted from the refund amount. 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT A EUROPEAN DELIVERY

HEAVY ITEMS SURCHARGE

Certain items which we sell are very heavy and whilst on most occasions, we will absorb any extra postal costs that these may incur, from time to time it may be that we have to impose a postage surcharge. However, this is extremely rare and you will be contacted straight away and informed of the extra charge.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Unfortunately, Attitude Clothing is prohibited from sending certain items abroad, these include aerosol cans. Items with weapon-shaped details such as knuckledusters and bullet belts can be delayed in transit due to extra customs checks. Where these items have been ordered in error we will cancel them from your order and issue a refund. The rest of your order will be despatched as normal.
