WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON SUBJECT TO THESE CONDITIONS...
For orders made between 17th November - 17th December 2019 we're offering an extended Christmas returns policy. You'll have until 17th January 2020 to return your goods.
Orders placed 18th December onwards will be subject to our usual returns policy.
Returned items must be sent back within 28 days from you receiving the order and must be in a saleable condition. For example we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke or are covered in pet hair. Items should be returned unwashed in the original packaging and include all labels and tags attached. Footwear returns must include the box in original condition, which must itself be packaged before returning. Please DO NOT attach the returns label directly to the box. We reserve the right to charge a £10 re-boxing fee if these conditions are not met. All items will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any of the following: Bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, earrings, body piercing items, cosmetics or hair dye.

We want you to be totally happy with your purchases from Attitude Clothing, but if you do need to return any item for any reason - no problem! Just send it back to us within 28 days for either a store credit/exchange or full refund.
To return an item to Attitude Clothing just follow the easy steps below.
1. From the 'your account' section of the website click through to 'my order history'. If you don't have an account click here for further instructions.
2. Click 'View' next to the appropriate order, then check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Click the 'return items' button and this will generate a returns form and pre-paid postage label by e-mail for you to download. Please enclose the returns form in your parcel.
4. Affix the postage label to the parcel and take to your local post office. Remember to ask for a proof of posting certificate & keep this in a safe place.
*Our tracked, pre-paid postage service is completely FREE for all UK customers returning goods for store credit/exchange. If you'd prefer a refund, all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are welcome to use the pre-paid label however a charge of £3 will be deducted from your refund amount unless there's a fault with the item or we've messed up at our end - in which case we will also refund the original postage charge. If you've used a discount code or special offer your refund will be calculated accordingly.
As soon as we receive your parcel we'll send you an email confirming that we've had it back and another to let you know when it's been processed. If you require an exchange, this can be done using the store credit which will be applied to the 'e-wallet' in your online account whilst refunds will be credited back to the card/Paypal account that you used to pay for the order. The money will usually be back in your account within a few days, however please allow up to 14 days at busy periods. Please note: You must log your return online within 14 days of receipt. Returns not logged prior to posting may not be accepted.
